How it works

How ATLAS works for you

ATLAS is a defensible, auditable AI for engineering work. It does the filing, checking, drafting and searching. The engineer decides.

Steps

From sign-in to the record, in four steps

  1. Sign in and connect

Sign in with your Microsoft work account.

One account per firm. The person who pays is the admin and invites the firm’s users.

The admin connects the ATLAS mailbox.

  2. Give it the task

Give ATLAS a task, the data and a method (expedite or batch), by chat or by email to the ATLAS mailbox.

ATLAS’s mail access is limited to the ATLAS mailbox alone, by Exchange Online RBAC for Applications.

No other mailbox is reachable by the app.

  3. Review what comes back

    ATLAS returns new files only.

It does not overwrite your originals.

Every result points to its source, the file and the place, or says what’s missing.

  4. Decide, on the record

Engineering work is marked DRAFT - PE Review Required. Nothing changes without your answer on record.

    Every engineer decision is logged.

    The engineer decides.

An illustration: an invented sheet, invented criteria and invented findings. It shows how a check reads. It is not output from a real project.
  1. The mark

Engineering output is marked DRAFT - PE Review Required; other work is marked DRAFT - FOR REVIEW.

  2. The finding

    What was found, and where.

  3. The criterion

The criterion your firm entered, and where it is written.

  4. The source

Every result points to its source, the file and the place, or says what’s missing.

  5. The decision

    Every engineer decision is logged.
